GigzGenie Tech LLP: Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to GigzGenie Tech LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GigzGenie mobile application (“App”). By accessing or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. User Registration and Access
- Eligibility: Users must provide accurate personal details such as name and location during registration.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
3. Category-Based Service Flow
- Users can choose from predefined service categories such as Photographer, Videographer, Makeup Artist, PSO, Editor, and Publicist through intuitive visual interfaces.
- Sub-category selection and preferred service date input are mandatory steps in the booking process.
4. Service Request and Payment
- Service requests must be submitted with complete details via the App interface.
- Available service options may be communicated via SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications.
- All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s terms and policies.
- A successful payment confirms your booking and initiates service allocation.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- You may cancel a booking before the scheduled service date using the App.
- If cancelled at least 6 hours in advance, you are eligible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is a non-refundable processing fee.
- If cancelled less than 6 hours before service, you will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the scheduled service start time.
5.2 Post-Service Complaints
Refunds will not be provided for non-material deviations in service. Only material deficiencies, as reasonably determined by GigzGenie, may qualify for partial refunds or corrective action.
5.3 Refund Processing
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
- GigzGenie is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial intermediaries.
5.4 Service Provider Cancellations
If GigzGenie or its partners must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
5.5 Support and Dispute Resolution
For cancellations, disputes, or assistance, please use the in-app support or contact our customer service.

6. User Conduct
- You must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities while using the App.
- Violation of laws or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- GigzGenie shall not be held responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms such as Razorpay.
- Service availability and results are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis and without any warranties.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any updates will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
